Technical wallet access recovery where the client legitimately holds part of the credentials. No “recovery” from scams or mistaken transfers.

2. No outcome guarantee

Success depends on inputs and technical limits. No guaranteed result.

3. Fees

Compensation (including success-based) is defined in a separate agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Parties protect secrets beyond what is needed to perform the contract.

5. Liability cap

Liability follows applicable law and the individual contract text.
